The vaccination is almost here!
Please help us be ready for a very busy and complex process to immunise 300 staff and 200 residents in a very short time frame.
Please carefully read and print the form and fill it in, and bring it with you on the day of vaccination (to be confirmed but possibly next week).
Bring your phone with OnePassport app to evidence your vaccination and keep it in your immunisation wallet.
You must do this to have your record on file at Ananda.
If you do not want to have the vaccination inform the Director of Nursing asap. If you have questions please discuss with your health professional eg GP prior to vaccination.
