All residents should now have a signed copy of the new Charter of Aged Care Rights, which came into effect on July 1st 2019.
All residents, family or substitute decision maker should now have received a copy of the Charter signed by the Director of Nursing or other authorised Ananda staff.
Framed copies of the Charter are located at our receptions at both homes.
